Together with Cristal Global and the Manila Observatory, Boysen Paints conducted the world’s largest depolluting paint trial to date at an urban rail transit station along the busiest avenue in Metro Manila. The trial involved installation of 15 pollution sensor and painting over 6,200 square metres with close to 700 litres of KNOxOUT.

The whole station is painted with KNOxOUT east and west.

The Meteorological Mast is placed on the roof of the MRT station (same level as the overpass) as far north as possible.

Results from the Guadalupe Bridge trial

The red dots shows the concentration of NOx particles. In the 3rd pic, the NOx particles (red dots) were visibly decreased after KNOxOUT paint has been applied for 6 months.
